IT Application Support Engineer is required to join a growing and highly progressive company from their head office based in central Andover.
The role of an IT Application Support Engineer will involve working with both internal users along with external customers. You will be expected to manage incidents, service requests and changes to applications. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across, multiple CRM systems along with other inhouse, bespoke applications which are used.
The ideal candidate for the IT Application Support role will be working within a similar role at the moment and have at least 2-3 years of commercial experience.
You will have experience of:
- Supporting bespoke applications
- At least one CRM system
- Giving telephone and remote support to either internal or external customers
- Microsoft Office
- Working across multiple departments
- Active Directory
- Reporting and documentation
As you will be liaising with internal and external customers then your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be very strong.
