IT Business Analyst / Management Consultant
£50,000 + benefits - Winchester, Hampshire
Our client is an exciting SME consultancy based near Winchester & Eastleigh in Hampshire.
They provide Management Consultancy services to a range of public sector, MoD and commercial companies that enables fast and effective decision making and strategic delivery.

The role of Business Analyst / Consultant is a customer facing role encompassing requirements capture, documentation, solutions design and enabling ROI on a range of proposed technology solutions. The theme of those solution is Data driven services used for reporting, advising and providing data aligned strategic decision making.
Experience & Background
- 5+ years experience in a commercial IT Business Analysis or Consulting role
- EIT, tech and software projects delivered to external customers
- Knowledge of UML, Visio or other modern user modelling framework
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and working with software developers - Agile / Waterfall
- 1st rate customer interaction skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders within large professional organisations
- Evidence of continuous development and training to better your skills and experience
The company offers a flexible working arrangement with remote working and flexi hours. There is travel to customer sites in the UK and Europe every 2 to 3 months, short tenure (2 days max).
