IT Change Analyst - Contract - Change Control, ITIL, Service Management, Global Change - Bracknell

About You:

As an experienced Change Analyst/ Change Manager you will have previous experience of working within Change Teams within large organisations, with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business. Your experience and skills will include;

  • Proven as an IT Change Analyst working for a large or global organisation
  • Experience of Reporting and Presentation of Reports
  • Previous experience of working within an ITIL Environment
  • Experience of working with and managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Previous experience of working as a Change Analyst across multiple locations or countries
  • Proven experience of IT Change Control
  • Proven in managing stakeholders of a senior level
  • ITIL Certified and CMDB experience would be beneficial

Your Role:

As the Change Analyst/ Change Manager you will be working within a fast paced Change team, working with stakeholders across a multinational business to support in the delivery of the change control process. In addition to ensuring all live changes are guided through the Change Control process, you will carry out trend analysis of unidentified impacts, overruns, Incidents caused by change, identification of unmanaged changes and Post Implementation Reviews. You will also drive the improvement of change process and procedures within the business in line with ITIL best practice.
