IT Field Engineer - Ringwood - Up to £30,000

IT Field Engineer is required to join a privately owned - family run business based in Ringwood.

My client provides community and lifestyle support on a large scale. As an IT Field Engineer, you will be required to provide IT Support Services to my clients' various sites allocated around the South West Region. You will provide IT Support across 1st and 2nd line, within a Microsoft environment. You will be expected to perform on-site equipment installations, resolve any reported faults and support the Server environment (2008 & 2012R2) and networking where required.

The ideal candidate for this position will be working within an IT Support environment and preferably have some industry recognised qualification. They must be happy to travel to various sites across the South West Region.

You will have experience within:

• Windows 7, 8 & 10
• Exposure to Active Directory, Exchange or Server 2012
• Networking
• A full UK driving license

As you will be working with end users, on customer site, then your communication and customer service skills must be very strong.
