IT Helpdesk Engineer - Havant - £18,000 - £20,000

IT Helpdesk Engineer is required to join a leading IT Support company, based from their head office in the Havant area.

My client provides IT Support services to numerous companies based around the Hampshire area. You will be required to provide remote and customer facing / on-site support for my client working 1st and 2nd line, within a Microsoft environment. You will be helping to support the Server environment (2008 & 2012R2) and networking where required. My clients' customer base ranges from small to medium business along with some educational establishments.

The ideal candidate for this IT Helpdesk Engineer position will be working within an IT Support environment and preferably have some industry recognised qualification.

You will have experience within:

  • Windows 7, 8 & 10
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Exchange or Server 2012
  • Networking
  • A full UK driving license

As part of your role will be working with end users, on customer site, then your communication and customer service skills must be very strong.
