IT Infrastructure Engineer required to join a leading IT Solutions company based out of their office in Bournemouth.
The role of IT Infrastructure Engineer is ideal for somebody with an MSP background who thrives within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Desk team and dealing with escalations through to resolution. This role also includes an element of project work, helping towards the delivery of infrastructure projects. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with clients and end users via telephone, email and remote support.
You will have experience of:
- Infrastructure support
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical problems
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016
- Hands - on project work
- VMware or Hyper-V
- Office 365 / Exchange
- Citrix
- SAN Solutions
- Networking - cabling / routing
