One of the UK's leading charitable organisations are seeking an IT Operations Manager to join their team in Poole on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing overall IT Service Management including the development of the strategy for the future across four areas, End User Computing Services, Data Centre Services, Network and Telecommunications Services.
What you will need;
- Broad knowledge and experience of working as an IT leader
- Strong people management skills
- Experience of strategic level business/IT planning and capable of delivering strategic initiatives
- Significant experience of managing an IT support function
- Proven experience of having managed complex technical support teams, with broad technical infrastructure knowledge
- Change and transition management
- Commercially astute
