IT Service Desk Engineer

£25,000 - £35,000 + benefits, training & career progression

Farnborough - Hampshire

An IT Service Desk Engineer is required to join a well-established IT team in their head office based in Farnborough, Hampshire. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be involved in giving remote and onsite 1st/2nd line support for my client's internal end users within a Microsoft environment. This will include giving telephone, remote, email and face to face support. The successful candidate will have experience working within an IT service desk environment and likely to have experience in the following areas;

  • Service desk experience - 1st/2nd line
  • Windows Server 2012/2016 administration
  • Windows 7/8/10 desktop operating systems
  • Active Directory
  • Networking
  • Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills
