IT Support - 6 Month FTC
£20,000 - £30,000 + Benefits

We have an opportunity for a IT Support Technician to join a well-known charity in the cathedral city of Winchester, just north of the South Downs National Park, on a 6-month fixed term contract. This charity offers respite care to children and young people who are not expected to reach adulthood. Since the charity's creation in the late 1990s, they have helped over 1,000 families across the South.
They are looking for an IT Support Technician to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract and be responsible for maintaining the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and phone systems. You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to all staff and volunteers, logging calls and providing a first-time fix where possible.
To be suitable for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Technical knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory
- Ticketing and call logging
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personable and approachable personality
