Contract IT Support Analyst - G-Suite, 1st/ 2nd Line Support, Network Infrastructure

Your Role:

As the Contract IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting all network, telephony, all aspects of the G-Suite environment and all related 3rd party applications. You will be an integral part of the IT Support team, in what is a fast moving and dynamic technology ecosystem.

About You:

As an IT Support Analyst, your skills and experience will include;

  • Previous experience within 1st and 2nd line support roles
  • Experience of G-Suite, with good knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Network Infrastructure experience would be beneficial
  • A background in desktop/ phone support
