IT Support Engineer (Be part of a small - dynamic team)

Looking for an IT Support Engineer role where you can further develop your technical knowledge? Feel you would thrive within a dynamic working environment? My client, a small MSP based in Salisbury are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and driven IT Support Engineer to join their team!

  • Windows Desktop Systems from 7 through to 10
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Windows Server 2012 - 2016
  • O365
  • Hardware Troubleshooting

What will I be doing day to day?

This role is 50% office based and 50% field based. The successful IT Support Engineer will need to have a Full UK Driving License and be willing to use their own car for visits to customer sites. (You will receive paid business mileage).

The role of the IT Support Engineer will involve working with my clients' growing customer base, giving the highest standard of customer service and IT support. You will be working across 1st and 2nd line support and the majority of the role will involve working within a Microsoft environment, including desktop installs and O365 migrations.

Essential Requirements?

  • Minimum of 12 months experience within an IT Support role
  • Full UK Driving License & own car
