An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a reputable company based out of their Alton office.
This role is perfect for a self-starter looking to work across 1st / 2nd line support covering hardware and software. This role boasts the opportunity to develop CRM & FinTech skills with the opportunity to get involved in strategic project work for the company.
The ideal candidate will be flexible across different disciplines, this includes, IT Support, testing new software which has been deployed and data management. They will want to get more involvement within project work across the company.
Essential technical skills:
- Supporting laptops, desktops & mobile devices
- Windows10
- Windows Server operating systems - 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Networking
Desirable Skills:
- Relevant IT certification
- ITIL
- O365
- Dynamics365
As this role is working within a small IT team, the successful candidate will be pro-active, driven and an excellent communicator.
