IT Support Engineer

Up to 28k per annum

My client is an award winning and highly successful digital agency. They have a customer first approach and build a range of web and mobile applications for clients across the country as well as providing IT infrastructure and support. They are looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer to join their growing team and manage a wide variety of technical tasks and queries.

Personal attributes

  • Ability to be customer facing and provide a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Out the box thinker/Problem solver mentality
  • Passionate about all things IT and IT support

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems from 2008 - 2019/7 - 10
  • Basic network diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Remote Access VPN setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
  • VMWare and Hyper-V deployment, troubleshooting and support
  • WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAT, Firewalls
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
