IT Support Engineer
Up to 28k per annum
My client is an award winning and highly successful digital agency. They have a customer first approach and build a range of web and mobile applications for clients across the country as well as providing IT infrastructure and support. They are looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer to join their growing team and manage a wide variety of technical tasks and queries.
Personal attributes
- Ability to be customer facing and provide a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Out the box thinker/Problem solver mentality
- Passionate about all things IT and IT support
Technical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems from 2008 - 2019/7 - 10
- Basic network diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Remote Access VPN setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- VMWare and Hyper-V deployment, troubleshooting and support
- WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAT, Firewalls
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
