IT Support Engineer - Entry Level!

This is a great opportunity for a Junior or Entry level IT Support Engineer with current commercial experience to join an established business looking to expand their support team. The company are looking for an ambitious 1st line Support engineer looking to progress their career and work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
The position will involve taking phonecall and resolving technical queries for a range of SME's across Hampshire and West Sussex. Therefore. the successful candidate will require excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate well. This role will be customer facing and you will be the first point of contact for clients looking to resolve their technical issues.
This role would be ideal for an IT Support Engineer looking to move into a dynamic and varied technical environment or a recently qualified IT support engineer looking to step into their first IT position. The position offers scope for progression, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £20,000.
Knowledge of the following:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Windows and Office product suites
- Desktop Support
- Excellent customer service skills
Nice to have's
- Microsoft Office 365
- Basic knowledge of network functionality
- Experience working on small to medium-sized IT projects
- Experience in a support role
