IT Support Engineer - Salisbury - £18k - £25k

IT Support Engineer required to join a progressive and growing company working at their customer site in Salisbury.

The role of IT Support Engineer will involve working on a customer site in Salisbury for the majority of the time supporting their internal infrastructure and hardware / software products. You will predominately be providing face to face support however, part of the role will require an element of remote telephone and email support from my clients head office in Fareham.

Support will include:

• Hardware - PC'S, laptops, AV equipment & other devices Windows Desktop systems
• Re-imaging devices
• Active directory
• Email & password support / resets
• Windows desktop systems (XP, 7 & 8)

The correct candidate for the IT Support Engineer position may have just completed an apprenticeship within IT or may experience 1-3 years' experience in a commercial IT Support environment. The role is client facing as well so your communication skills must be very strong.
