This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer / Software Support Engineer to join a growing company with real values based near Romsey. In this role you will benefit from being mentored by more senior members of the team, sharing skills, knowledge and opinions on how things could be done better or different ways of working.
Key attributes Required:
Strong computing knowledge: IT Support, Computer Support, if you have done any Software Support; that is even better
Exemplary communication skills: the role involves supporting users via phone and email
Creative thinking: you don't need to be a wall flower here, voice your suggestions, be pro-active
Customer service: probably the most import part of the job, help, guide and build relationships with the software users you are supporting
This is a full time (Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day) position, but with flexible working hours. As with most companies at this time, they are currently all working remotely. Once this is lifted and life goes back to normal, the role will again be office based - but you can still work remotely a few days a week if you wish!
Due to the location, you will need to drive to the office. It is not accessible by public transport.
Applicants will ideally possess 1 year+ experience within a Computer Support / IT Support / Software Support role. Know your way around a computer? Get in in touch!
