IT Support Manager - £30k - £35k - Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

IT Support Manager required to join a growing software company based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. The company are experiencing large volumes of growth and looking for an IT Support Manager to take ownership of all support issues from external customers.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Being the main contact for all support issues from Clients via email and phone
  • Collaborating with the company Directors on new client implementations
  • Analytics development to monitor client sites
  • Identifying any recurring support issues and providing analytics to the development team

Key Experience:

  • Experience in a client application support position
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive forward strategic improvements and changes
  • Any experience in the financial industry would be extremely advantageous
