An experienced IT Support Technician is required to join a growing IT support team within an established business with locations across the south.
The role is based in their head office in Wokingham and will be providing IT support to over 600 staff.
The role of IT Support Technician will include:
- Desktop Support
- Daily Backups
- Printer and PC installations
- Desktop and application configurations
The ideal IT Support Technician will have experience of:
- Experience of working within a busy IT support environment
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- LANS and PC Networking
- VMWare
- Windows Server
- Knowledge of ITIL
