IT Support Technician - 3 month fixed term contract
One of the area's leading employers is seeking an IT Support Technician to support Desktop and AV solutions.
As an IT Support Technician you will provide 1st Line / 2nd Line Support via phone, email and face to face across a number of technologies including;
- Desktop Hardware, software and operating systems
- IT network Wi-Fi and LAN
- AV Equipment such as Projectors, televisions etc
- Video conference equipment
- Support Servers and wireless networks
The successful Support Technician will have experience of:
- IT Support / Helpdesk environment
- Technical knowledge of desktop operating systems & Software
- Technical knowledge of AV Systems
- Server-based network environment
This is a 3 month fixed term contract.
The IT Support Technician role is paying £30,900 pro rata with excellent benefits.
