We have an opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join a growing provider of outsourced IT services to SME clients on the south coast. Based in the heart of the New Forest, this is a company who are constantly evolving and, having enjoyed continued growth over the past few years, they are looking for an additional support engineer to assist with increasing demand.
The successful candidate will reactively solve client issues and proactively work to ensure clients' infrastructure is well managed and documented. You will be the first point of contact for all client issues, logging calls and managing issues through to resolution.
Essential Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience of providing IT Support
- Technical competence across: Windows OS, MS Office, Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Switches, Firewalls, Backups, Networks
- Focus on customer service and support
- Confident and friendly personality
- Ability to embrace and drive change
