IT Technical Trainer - Microsoft Office / CRM
Salary based on experience - £25,000 - £40,000
An IT Technical Trainer (CRM / Microsoft Office suite) is required to join a reputable business based out of their office in Fareham. This role does require flexibility to visit other offices, however all are local to Hampshire.
The role of IT Technical Trainer is ideal for someone with 1-2 years+ experience in delivering one to one, workshop and deskside training sessions within IT. Reporting to the IT Change Manager, this role entails a high level of responsibility as the successful candidate will also be expected to design and implement the training material.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have experience providing IT training within a fast-paced changeable environment, and will offer specific knowledge of CRM training (SalesForce, SAP etc).
- One to one and group IT Training
- Delivering technical training modules effectively and to a high standard
- Providing feedback to trainers
- Creating and implementing bespoke training solutions
- Writing IT Training documentation
- MS Office suite
- CRM knowledge; SaleForce, SAP or similar
- SAGE ERP knowledge is highly desirable
