This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Implementation / Technical Consultant to join a thriving company in a fully remote role!
This company have not only worked 'business as usual' throughout Covid; however, have received new investment resulting in further growth of their IT Departments. Stability is key in this current climate, and this is something our client can offer, paired with future progression opportunities.
The successful Implementation / Technical Consultant will be well versed across Windows and Cloud technologies. This is a customer facing role in which no two days will be the same. One day you could be migrating a customer's infrastructure to the cloud, and the next you could be involved in post-implementation support: resolving complex issues. You will be working as part of a close-knit technical team who have regular remote catchups.
Furthermore, this role entails: requirement gathering, implementations, migrations, and customer aftercare. A key aspect of this role is somebody who is pro-active - have suggestions or ideas about how the services can be improved? Say it!
Essential Technical Skills:
- Windows Server
- Exchange / Office 365
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Virtualisation - Hyper-V / VMWare
- Networking - TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing, firewall configuration, VPN and WAN environments
- Cyber Essentials/ISO27001 Experience
