Well after some google searching, lots of reading and a couple of discussions with our friendly network of IT specialists we now know (ish) that an Infrastructure Developer is someone who builds heavily automated tools and functions that allow a cloud based infrastructure to host, run & deploy Software and Web applications. Roughly speaking! It's a fairly new term and a very interesting area of growth in the evolution of cloud based infrastructure and software development. Every days a school day!

So now I am on a quest to find 3 Infrastructure Developers and a Senior Infrastructure Developer to work with a successful and fast growing technology company based in the Winchester area of Hampshire. The ideal candidate might be a Software Developer with .Net development experience & exposure to Azure Cloud. Someone who is keen to evolve beyond traditional software development and learn DevOps and Operational SDLC practices. Applying your software development experience to craft infrastructure platforms and tools that enable the rapid delivery of software & web components. A Developer keen to engage with DevOps, cloud and automation.

Here is an overview of the company tech stack: Azure, .net, .net core, c#, visual studio, SQL server, mongo DB, elastic, Kubernetes, AKS, service bus, microservices architecture, PowerShell, terraform.
You will be supported to learn and develop your experience in all of these areas.
