Job description
Infrastructure Engineer required by a successful high-tech company located in Basingstoke. Due to the continued growth of its infrastructure the company is need of an experienced engineer to help improve and maintain a Windows Server environment.
This role offers the chance to work the latest maintenance tools and technologies as well as the opportunity to work with a modern and forward-thinking company.
Key experience;
- Strong understanding of Windows Server management
- Working knowledge of WAN and LAN technologies
- Working with back up technologies
- Virtualisation technologies
- Experience with Firewall technologies - WatchGuard
- Background in managing a WSUS deployment
- 2+ years' experience in an IT support role
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
