Infrastructure Engineer - Poole - £30,000 - £40,000
VMWare, Windows, Active Directory, Support
Experienced Infrastructure required by an excellent client based in Poole, Dorset. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT support and development for the Group's Infrastructure. You will work closely with the head of the department and will become a vital member of an experienced team. You will be required to deliver IT services which meet our clients needs whilst working with different teams within the business. Skills required:
- Strong 2nd-3rd Line Support experience
- Windows Server/Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- VMWare/Hyper-V
- LAN, WAN technologies
- MS Exchange
- Office 365
- Azure
- Web hosting (Apache, IIS)
- Linux
Responsibilities:
- Manage Infrastructure projects until completion
- Help with the day to day running of the organisation's IT infrastructure
- Support and assist development team
- Monitor and maintain backups
- Maintenance of Server and Desktop Infrastructure
