Java Developer
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Guildford, Surrey (remote working)
Java Developer required by a growing technology company based in Guildford. Due to continued success and planned expansion the company are looking to hire an ambitious Java Developer to join their existing team. Whilst the company are based in Guildford, this is a remote working position with an office meet up planned every 1-2 weeks for whiteboard sessions / meetings with the rest of the team, as this is still a highly collaborative environment.
The successful Java Developer should have experience in a similar position. You will be involved in building and creating component solutions and data services from the requirements stage through to deployment. They will be working in a highly technical but relaxed environment offering clear progression opportunities working with the latest technologies in an agile team.
Essential Experience;
- Full stack development
- Java
- XML, JSON
- SQL, MySQL
- HTML, CSS
Any experience in the following is not essential but would be advantageous;
- Tomcat, Apache
- Ant, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins/Hudson
- Git
- SOAP, REST
