Java Developer in Test - Graduate / Junior
Southampton, Hampshire
We are working with a fast growing software specialist based in Southampton who have a busy and exciting programme of work. Their sector is relatively unaffected by the virus outbreak and they are still actively looking to hire new IT Engineers.
They are currently growing their QA function which is a Java Selenium automation testing suite used on a global product. The testing is written in Java and as such the role would suit a Graduate or Junior Java Developer with an interest in QA. You will write Java code to automate and execute test scripts and with the support of a talented team develop your skills throughout the software development & QA lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be working as a part of the Training and Test Team to understand requirements, software operations and flow, documenting test plans, test scripts/cases and test results. You will be working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality and producing test plans, ensuring they are followed and adhered to.
