Junior Application Support Engineer - Portsmouth - £18k - £20k

Junior Application Support Engineer required to join a progressive and growing company based out of their offices in Portsmouth.

The role of a Junior Application Support Engineer will involve providing 1st Line Support for bespoke in-house software. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, a 'people person' and will be keen to learn new skills.

Support will include:

Supporting Bespoke software (In house)

Hardware & software

Remote troubleshooting

Windows 8.1/10 and Mac environments

The correct candidate for the Junior Application Support Engineer position may have just completed an apprenticeship within IT or may already be working within a 1st Line support or Junior application support role.
