We are seeking a technical Software Engineer, skilled in the LAMP stack PHP, Linux, MySQL and Apache, to work within an established technology, development and consultancy team in the central Southampton area. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing software solutions and services company.
Our client are an expanding and successful consultancy services and applications technology firm and they are looking to recruit a dedicated software / web engineer to join the team based in Southampton. They have begun expanding their internal development to develop the next phase of their software platform and various applications.
As a PHP Engineer you will work on delivering a number of applications working through the full project lifecycle from analysis and specification through to development, testing and release.
The position is suited to a Developer or Engineer who is keen to work in a dynamic and vibrant business, someone who has a can-do attitude and someone who is looking to make the role their own.
Suitable candidates should possess:
- PHP (ideally PHP5 and 7v)
- LAMP
- MySQL
- Linux
- Apache
- MVC Laravel
- Drupal
- Have a working knowledge and up to date with HTML / CSS and JavaScript technologies
