Lead Project Manager

An established and successful company are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join their business and work with directly with their high profile customer base.

The Lead Project Manager will be required to oversee the delivery of a range of enhancement features and upgrade projects to the customers platform.

The successful Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Solid background in IT Project Management - extended to the ability to manage concurrent multiple contracts.
  • Experience of presenting a range of complex information to stakeholders.
  • Detail led and able to identify the core of major problems quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of tailoring approach depending on the audience.
  • Solid time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to spot opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Experience of working on web or application improvement projects - advantageous.

The responsibilities of the Lead Project Manager will include:

  • Project Management of a mixture of engineers and PMs to deliver a range of projects.
  • Working with the management team on the planning and strategy of projects and resources.
  • Communicating and managing the pipeline plan to all stakeholders and teams.
  • To make improvements to existing project processes.
  • Management and adherence to all relevant documentation.
  • Regular coordination with various areas of the business including the EMEA team.
  • Management of top level reporting.
