PHP Developers Wanted!
LAMP, PHP, OOP, MVC, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Chichester (near Portsmouth, Gosport, Bognor Regis)
Salary £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits and training
Currently remote working but office visits required 2 / 3 days a week once restrcitions ease
PHP Developers are wanted to join an ambitious and award winning web services company based in the Chichester area.
This is a fantastic time for developers to join a growing and ambitious team, helping to build new features for as well as provide ongoing maintenance of internal CRM and reporting software.
The ideal candidates will be proficient in Object Orientated Programming, PHP7, SQL, JavaScript. Experience using a MVC framework is desirable.
The role will be a mix of delivering both internal and external tools for the company extending the internal system used by the team on a day to day basis. Other responsibilities would include ongoing support for legacy systems and SQL report pulls.
Knowledge of skills and attributes:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Object Orientated Programming
- Strong PHP skills
- Experience working with APIs both SOAP and REST
- Solid understanding of basic SCSS/ JS concepts
- GIT
- Writing and optimising MySQL queries
Nice to have:
- Experience of MVC frameworks such as Symfony
- Experience working with JIRA
- Experience working with AWS
- Managing Linux servers for maintenance and debugging purposes
