Front-end Web Developer - Creative Digital Agency - In Southampton
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front-end Web Developer to join a successful digital marketing agency in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in web development.
The company has the expertise and resources to train and mentor you, allowing you to expand the scope of your skill level experience and helping you to master web technology. We are looking for someone who Is able to work independently and is a first-class team player, respectful and able to meet challenging deadlines with a smile (and roll with the punches when things change) As your ability and confidence grows you will take on more ownership of development & design, owning the website builds and starting to liaise directly with clients.
Skills & Experience:
You will need to demonstrate some established web development and design experience,of at least 3 years. You will need a portfolio of work, either commercial or private projects, which you can demonstrate to the company during an interview. You will need experience of most of the following:-
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and MySQL are a must.
- Responsive Design
- Website & CMS development
- Strong communication skills
- An ability and enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills
The company is based in a central location about 10-15-minute walk from Southampton central station.
