Product Owner - Poole - £40K - £45K
Excellent opportunity of an experienced Product Owner to join a brilliant clients team based in Poole, Dorset. The successful Product Owner will provide leadership to on-site and offshore software development teams in an agile environment and you will be expected to work closely with the business analysts to enhance and maintain several software developments streams. The successful candidate will be a technical individual and must thrive on working with complex, integrated, business critical systems. This pivotal role provides the primary technical interface to the client and ensures that all of the technical deliverables are successful. This varied role covers the entire project lifecycle, from requirements through design, delivery and handover. Skills required:
- Build rapport with customers and stakeholders and work across multiple teams internally
- highly proactive and technical individual
- Act of your own initiative
- Strong time management and experience of working to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to describe and communicate complex functional requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering or scientific field would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Prioritise backlog including managing the change process
- Lead Agile Refinement, Planning and Review meetings
- Product delivery to customer
- Build, manage and communicate roadmaps
- Attend customer meetings as required
- Support pre-sales activity
- Work alongside of other PO's to align feature delivery
