£22,000 - £25,000

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Support Analyst to join a company that are fully established - but have the mentality of a start-up, promoting creative thinking, collaboration and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have previous of experience in customer / client facing roles providing guidance across the company software in a 1st line support capacity. The successful Product Support Analyst will strive to become an "expert user" of the company software in order to provide the best advice, guidance and support to customers / clients. This may be in the form of advice toward the best use of the product, recommending various functionalities which customers may find useful or troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Confident in bridging the gap between technical & non-technical
  • Experience working with SLAs and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Comfortable escalating issues to 2nd / 3rd line times where required

Desirable skills:

  • SQL
  • Jira
  • Tableau

The company can offer a combination of home and office based working once things are back to 'normal'. They are fully equipped to interview and on-board remotely as they have done successfully throughout the pandemic.
