An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-ordinator / Project Administrator to join a market leading Telecoms company based out of their Fareham office. As it's a growing company, the role offers much scope for progression and the opportunity to work as part of an established team.
As this role is heavily focused upon the delivery of Telecoms projects; a background within the Telecoms sector or a strong understanding of Telecoms products is essential. The successful Project Co-ordinator / Project Administrator will be sat between the Service Desk department and Project Management department - tasked with validating sales orders, customer onboarding, distributing project assignments, and more..
A significant part of this role will be managing the diaries of the company's Telecoms Field Engineers, therefore strong organisational and communication skills are critical.
A high level of enthusiasm and drive to be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, coupled with a can-do attitude are essential attributes to achieve success in this role. As the role is customer facing; involving the onboarding and provisioning of a range of projects; excellent communication skills are essential.
This role is an initial 9-12-month FTC, with potential for a permanent role following this. Candidates will likely come from the following areas: Telecoms Support, Service Delivery, Project management, Project co-ordinator, Project administrator, Technical administrator.
