Job description
Project Manager required by a growing company that develops cutting edge products for defence / military customers.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing software, electronic and mechanical engineering focused projects working in close conjunction with a highly skilled design team.
The role would suit a Project Manager from a technical background who is keen to work in a high-tech, product development environment. There would be opportunities for a certain amount of "hands on" work around architecture and systems design.
Key experience;
- Proven track record managing and delivering software and electronic engineering focused projects
- Knowledge of engineering best practice
- Customer facing
Experience / knowledge in any of the following areas would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite;
- Agile
- Linux based software systems
- Embedded software
- Electronic design
- RF design
- Source control
