SQL Server Developer, Analyst, Support - SQL Server 2008/2012+
We are seeking a SQL Server Developer / Analyst to join a well known consumer services company, with offices in the Chichester and Portsmouth area.
The role would focus on the companies SQL databases, so SQL database admin or analysis experience is essential, with a clear path into SQL Development.
The company offer innovative backend software solutions and this role would focus on administering, developing, managing and optimizing the company's SQL databases. The company is an advocate of training and progression internally and would be happy to consider candidates from Data Analyst or DBA backgrounds who are keen to build on some existing SQL skills and move into a SQL developer / Database developer position.
Essential experience:
- MS SQL Server 2008/2012 (Dev & DBA)
- Database administration
- Data Analysis
- SQL Scripting skills
- Understanding of ETL processes
- Degree educated
Any experience in the following would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of MI & BI; SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
- SQL 2017
- Microsoft Azure
- .Net programming skills
