Scrum Master required by a growing global FinTech company based in Walton-On-Thames. Following a strategic review, the company have created a brand-new position for a Scrum Master within their Agile development team.

The successful Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of software projects within an Agile environment, to time, cost, scope and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Create, own, manage the overall Agile release plans
• Manage and monitor Agile KPIs
• Work with the VP of Technology and VP of Product Strategy to improve ways of working covering the end to end product lifecycle

Experience required:

• Managing E2E delivery of complex agile software products
• Experience in delivery of web-based software products
• Delivering projects to agreed time, cost, scope, and quality
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
