They are looking for Senior Developers and Technical Leads to lead, mentor and guide project and features teams.
Some roles involve management, some dont, you get to choose. In both roles you will need to be a competant .Net stack developer with strong knowledge and use of Design Pattners with an understanding of why you use them.

Here is a summary of the tech environment to give you an idea of what you will be using and to give you steer on what your skill set needs to look like - you don't need to be perfect and tick every box!
- Core experience in C# / .Net
- Well versed in Source Control - GIT or TFS
- Experienced and enthusiastic about Continuous Integration - Team City / Octopus Deploy
- Currently using and well versed in Design Patterns
- Working in an Agile process with Kanban or SCRUM
- Experience with testing your own code - Unit Testing or TDD
