Senior Developer and/or Technical Development Lead

Too often we hear of software developers working on legacy systems with outdated tech and despite their best efforts to make changes their voice is not heard. Sometimes the environment and tech is perfectly fine, safe and steady but not particularly innovative or exciting. Not here!

The software team is an independent entity run by a forward thinking CTO who is thoroughly invested in best practice and emerging technology. He has built an awesome team who self manage and deliver world-class solutions to over 1 million subscribers.
They are looking for Senior Developers and Technical Leads to lead, mentor and guide project and features teams.
Some roles involve management, some dont, you get to choose. In both roles you will need to be a competant .Net stack developer with strong knowledge and use of Design Pattners with an understanding of why you use them.

Here is a summary of the tech environment to give you an idea of what you will be using and to give you steer on what your skill set needs to look like - you don't need to be perfect and tick every box!
- Core experience in C# / .Net
- Well versed in Source Control - GIT or TFS
- Experienced and enthusiastic about Continuous Integration - Team City / Octopus Deploy
- Currently using and well versed in Design Patterns
- JavaScript - either React or Angular ideally
- Working in an Agile process with Kanban or SCRUM
- Experience with testing your own code - Unit Testing or TDD
