Senior Java Developer - (with management pathway) - Southampton - £50,000
A market leading software solutions provider, is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join them at an exciting team for the business.
The Senior Java Developer will be have the opportunity to help shape the future of the development function bringing ideas on tools and techniques with them to the post.
This position can also offer a pathway towards a Development Manager position for a Java Developer with career progression in mind.
The successful Senior Java Developer will have the following skills and experience:
- Commercial Java Development experience.
- Exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
- Driven to deliver high quality software solutions with experience of operating in an Development team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Server knowledge (Desirable)
- Experience of working in regulated environments like aerospace or medical sectors. (Desirable)
- Relevant degree qualified.
Experience of the following technologies and method would be desirable but not essential as exposure will be provided as part of the role.
- Agile development.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- AI / Big Data
- AngularJS / React
