Senior Java Developer
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

An ambitious Senior Java Developer is required by a leading technology company based in Oxford. Due to planned expansion the company are looking to hire a Senior Java Developer to join their existing team working in a highly technical but relaxed environment.
This is a role that would suit someone who has aspiration to take ownership of complete technical deliveries and there are opportunities to progress into a line management role in the future if that is of interest.
The successful Senior Java Developer will be working predominantly with Java whilst also using modern technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, React, Spring Boot and C#. Whilst Java experience is important my client values a thorough understanding of Object-oriented programming and ambition to learn and progress over specific technical skills.
Essential experience;
- Strong Java - including architecture/design
- Agile
Any experience in the following is not essential but would be advantageous;
- Spring Boot
- React
- Typescript
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Hibernate
- C#
- .Net, Entity Framework
