Senior / Lead Software Developer

We are seeking a talented Senior / Lead .Net Developer to work in a dynamic development team of a very successful digital retailer based near Portsmouth.

As a Senior Developer in this talented team, you will be exposed to a range of .NET applications including high traffic, always on websites serving a huge audience of sports enthusiasts and presenting millions of page views every day.

You will find work highly enjoyable and challenging using initiative and innovation to find solutions to wide ranging technical problems, every day is different!

Ecommerce is a competitive and fast moving environment so you will be comfortable working on a variety of project situations. Working in an Agile environment you will be keen to improve products and services, add value through technical competency and be an active team player making suggestions and engaging in open forum debate.

Technical Requirements -

We are looking for a programmer who enjoys coding in and out of work, those with a depth of knowledge around C# and .Net.

Technology Environment -

  • C# .NET 3.5 - 4.5
  • Web tech - MVC 3+, HTML5 and CSS, JavaScript and frameworks
  • Testing frameworks, i.e. NUnit, Moq, MSpec
  • SQL, NServiceBus, ORMs
