Senior .NET Software Engineer

Senior .NET Software Engineer required by a leading software provider based in Reading. The company are going through planned expansion and looking to add another .NET Software Engineer to their existing development team.

The successful Senior .NET Software Engineer will work on developing new features and taking responsibility for the consistency and quality of the .NET API. The ideal Senior .NET Software Engineer will be fluent in C#, and an expert in exploiting the best performance from .NET runtime. They would also have knowledge of Event Driven Architectures and Network programming.

Essential experience:

• C#
• .NET Core
• Object Oriented Design, Development, and Architecture
• Agile
• Network programming including TCP/IP, WebSockets
• Concurrent, thread-safe programming

Any experience in the following would be advantageous:

• Java
• Linux
• C, Objective-C
• Cloud Technologies
