Service Desk Analyst - Bournemouth

Job description

Service Desk Analyst required to join a successful Bournemouth based company in providing internal IT support across all levels.

The role will involve supporting a large internal user base (circa 1,500 end users) through identifying, prioritising, and diagnosing technical issues proceeding to resolutions. This is a varied Service Desk Analyst role including remote support, telephone, email and in-office support such as configuring network and PC software for new members of staff. The role will include 1st and 2nd line support along with some occasional 3rd line support

The successful Service Desk Analyst will ideally have 3+ years' experience in a similar service desk support role. You will be pro-active, possess excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

  • Windows Server operating systems - 2008 / 2012 / 2016

  • Exchange / Office 365
  • Networking
