Service Desk Team Leader required to join a software company based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The company are currently expanding and looking to recruit a Service Desk Team Leader to take responsibility for the day to day management of the Service Desk Team.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop the Service Desk Team
- Ensure that the team's delivery of services exceeds customer expectations and meets SLA's.
- Primary point of escalation with service related incidents and customer complaints
- Arranging monthly team meetings to address issues and suggest new ideas and improvements
- Experience managing and motivating service desk teams
- Client-facing experience
- Relationship building and negotiation skills
- Background in customer support
Any experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- C#, ASP.NET
