Insurance Service Desk Support / Support Analyst
Insurance Service Desk Support / Support Analyst required to join my client, a market leading Software Company in their Winchester office. With nearly 40 years’ worth of experience in their field, they pride themselves in being the preferred technology partner of a number of popular insurance brokers in both UK and Irish markets. With over 400 employees across multiple sites and owning 40% of the market share in what they do, they have established themselves as a true powerhouse in the software market.
It’s an exciting time to join the business as they are undergoing a corporate transformation, including a significant acquisition that further strengthens their market position.
You will provide support to my client’s customer base through incident and logging and maintenance, customer query investigation and resolution and finally preparation of release documentation. This role would suit someone from an insurance helpdesk background who has really strong customer service experience.
Key Skills & Experience
Insurance Industry Baskground
Minimum 1yr related customer support or helpdesk experience
Windows NT & Windows 2000
MS Office Skills
Any previous testing experience including fault tracking & use of automated test tools would be a bonus
Basic SQL skills
You will be responsible for:-
Providing excellent technical support to all customers
Strong customer service - striving for customer service excellence
Deal with client queries quickly and professionally - retaining ownership until query is addressed fully
Verification, accurate classification, recording and acceptance of clients faults into the internal ticket management system, including recreation and analysis of reported faults
