£20,000 £30,000 DOE
Core Hours of cover 7am - 7pm
Software Application Support (ERP) required to join a successful IT Support company in providing IT support across all levels to a growing number of external customers from their head office in Poole.
An experienced, enthusiastic, and versatile individual is required to join an established technical service desk team in supporting our SAP Business One customer base.
Applicants will have experience working in a technical capacity, within any leading ERP solution. Preferably with support and customer management skills
Essential skills:
- A professional and confident manner
- A strong understanding of any of the top ERP solutions
- Support experience in any capacity
- Customer service skills
- Queue management and prioritisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think laterally under pressure
Advantageous skills:
- SAP B1 experience and / or accreditations
- Microsoft SQL Accreditations
- Financial or accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Technical Aptitude to apply current skills to new products
- Experience of the SQL Server Platform and configuration
- Experience of using Linux commands and HANA database platforms
- Understanding and experience of database querying languages (SQL)
- Understanding and experience of programming languages (VB Script)
- Understanding of the Windows platform/Networking to troubleshoot performance issues
- Experience with Boyum Products
- Experience with Codeless Platform Products
- SAP BYD Experience
