Software Developer - Ruby on Rails
Software Developer required by a highly successful software company located in Southampton. Due to continued success and expansion they are looking to add an experienced Software Developer to work in a varied role incorporating web development with Ruby on Rails.
The successful Software Developer will be play a key part in the ongoing development of the company's products and systems.
The Software Developer should be proficient with Ruby on Rails or similar open source technology with a background developing high quality software and strong user interface design skills. The Software Developer will have the opportunity to work on numerous different technologies to ensure the highest quality of software systems.
Key experience
- Ruby on Rails
- Web development technologies - CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Unix/Linux
Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite;
- NoSQL databases
