Job description
Software Developer required by an established and expanding software house located in Dorchester. Due to continued success and growth the company are looking for a Software developer to help develop the latest products and to help innovate its existing development practices.
The successful software developer is likely to have some experience in a software environment and an understanding of the software development life cycle. The Dorchester office is the development arm of the business and as such the successful developer will be working on the innovating existing products and developing new software solutions and applications.
This role would involve creating a new line of software applications from scratch with creative freedom to design and develop these applications. You will join a team of developers looking to innovate their software products and solutions.
The company invests heavily in technology meaning this is an opportunity to work with the latest technologies including, but not limited to; React, Node.js, .NET Core, Azure. Prior experience in such technologies is not essential, a background in .NET development and an enthusiasm to learn is sufficient.
Experience in the following areas would be essential;
- C#
- SQL
- ASP.NET / RESTful WebAPIs
Any knowledge of the following would be beneficial but not essential;
- React
- Angular
- NodeJS
- .NET Core
- Azure
- Entity Framework
