We are working with a fantastic, market leading company who have built an exceptional & state of the art development studio in Botley, Southampton. They are looking for at least one talented Software Developer who would relish working with one of the most talented and collaborative teams in the South. You will learn a hell of a lot in this role and become an awesome developer in the process. The company is home to some of the best developers in the industry, they have built a product that is just 3 years old and uses all the latest and greatest technology - .Net Stack. The next challenge is to keep the suite of products at the forefront of modern technology, add new dynamic functionality and globalise the products!

Technical Expertise Required (Summarised):
- Well versed in Source Control - GIT or TFS
- Experienced and enthusiastic about Continuous Integration - Team City / Octopus Deploy
- Currently using and well versed in Design Patterns with an appreciation of why
- C# / .Net - 3+ years commercial experience
- JavaScript - either React or Angular ideally
- Working in an Agile process with Kanban or SCRUM
- Experience with testing your own code - Unit Testing or TDD
These are the fundamentals of a good programmer at this company and you will be expected to have a good grounding in all of the above. If you haven't had the opportunity to use everything commercially you will have been curious enough to have explored the tech in your own time.
Salary & Benefits
The company pay a very generous salary and benefits package with salaries above market rates and a very large bonus which pays out twice a year.
We are open to Senior Developers seeking £45k to £60k or mid-level experience paying £30k to £45k. Full training will be provided.
